Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Deck Plugin Store (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Yuze Pan (“we”, “us”) in connection with Deck, the clipboard manager for macOS.
Description of the Service
The Deck Plugin Store is a website that lets you browse, download, and publish clipboard transformation script plugins for use with Deck. Plugins are executed by the Deck application on your Mac; this Service provides discovery, distribution, and account-based publishing only.
Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Plugin publishing and user content
By publishing a plugin, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the rights needed to distribute the plugin and its assets.
- The plugin does not contain malware, intentionally harmful code, or functionality designed to deceive users.
- The plugin does not infringe third-party intellectual property or applicable law.
- If the plugin collects or transmits user data, you disclose that clearly in the listing and in any in-plugin disclosure required by law or platform norms.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Upload or distribute illegal content, spam listings, or plugins intended to harm users or systems.
- Attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
- Misrepresent authorship, impersonate others, or manipulate download counts or rankings.
Moderation and enforcement
We may remove or restrict plugins, suspend or terminate accounts, or reject submissions at our discretion, including when we believe these Terms or community safety are at risk. Users may submit abuse reports through the Service; we review reports in good faith but do not guarantee a particular outcome or response time.
Third-party services
The Service relies on infrastructure and security providers (for example hosting and authentication through Supabase, and bot mitigation through Cloudflare Turnstile). Your use of those providers is subject to their terms and policies.
Plugins run inside Deck on your device. Your use of Deck and of any third-party APIs or tools you configure in a plugin remains subject to the applicable third-party terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that plugins are safe, complete, or fit for any purpose. Plugins are community-submitted; you install and run them at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or any plugin obtained through it.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
